More about Dr. Bowtie:

Dr. Todd C. Jenkins, Jr. was born and raised in Columbia, SC. He is a proud alumnus of The University of South Carolina where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and received two undergraduate degrees, his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology. He earned his Master of Science from Illinois State University, Doctorate from University of Arkansas, and currently works as an adjunct professor, senior consultant , and newly appointed Diversity and Inclusion role in Corporate America.  Throughout his undergraduate and professional career, Dr. Jenkins has served in various leadership roles and on multiple boards within higher education as well as in his community, both locally and internationally. He is a proud rotary member of Rotary Club of Fayetteville and District 6110, he serves on the Board of Directors, Rotaract Sponsor, Youth Services Chair, Youth Exchange Club YEO, and currently serves as the youngest Youth Exchange Officer in Rotary International.

Additionally, Dr. Jenkins is the Founder and CEO of Bowtie Leadership and Development, Inc., a leadership management and personal development training firm with a focus in bringing diverse people together to increase individual or organizational productivity and performance. Today he is known as “Dr. Bowtie Todd”, a trainer, consultant, motivational speaker, life coach, and conversationalist.

Dr. Jenkins explores his strong passions through research in leadership training and development for individuals and organizations, youth services and development, and intercultural conversations across the globe in Brazil, Taiwan, Canada , Korea and many more. Outside of work, he is active in his community, an international traveler, and spends his time enjoying his family, Rotarians, and friends. He lives by his bowtie philosophy “Engage, Unravel, and Connect to better one’s self, so that you can be a gift unto this world”.
